practical stay near station

the location is very close to the train station, about a 5-7 minute walk. aldi is on the way to the hotel, useful for getting something to eat. there is also a small shop next to the hotel , which is convenient. the staff was amazing, very kind, polite, and helpful.
the room heating didn't work , and it was uncomfortably cold.

The room was quite small. It was a double room WITH no window. This, actually). the absence of a chair or shelf meant i had to leave my belongings on the floor, not ideal. I wish there was a bit more space and storage available.

The location was convenient. It was just a short walk from the rail station to the hotel. checking in was easy with the friendly welcome i received. the room i had, though simple, offered a quiet and peaceful overnight stay, especially with no outside noise to bother me.
The mattress felt firmer than i prefer. It made my joints ache a little in the morning.

the staff were really friendly and helpful i appreciated that. the bed was very comfortable and i slept well. the shower was also very nice and easy to use.
the wallpaper was falling off the walls i noticed. the walls looked like they did not care about the quality with a patch reglued on. there were only two pillows in the room and they were flat and uncomfortable.
